Hospital Manager


Craig Albright opened Southfork Animal Hospital in 1989 with Dr. Schanck Albright, and they live with their two children, a Golden Retriever named Toby and a cat named Grace.

Certified Veterinary Technicians


Sarah Jaeger has been a CVT and employee at Southfork since 1998. She lives with her husband and son. Her pets include Rouger the Doberman, Eve the Brittany Spaniel, cats Ivy and Sylvester, and Squirteese the turtle. In her free time she enjoys running her specialty gift shop in Belle Plaine called Mystic Journey.

Amy Grosam lives with her husband and daughter; their Labrador, Koby; and cats, Ernie and Oreo.

Regan Kopp lives with her dog Delilah Mae; cats Albert, Carly and Mamas; and her duck, Petri. She enjoys camping and horseback riding.

Veterinary Assistants


Laura Bitzenhofer
has been with Southfork since 2004. She graduated from UW Eau Claire with a degree in biology and has recently received her Veterinary Assistant Certification. She lives with her husband and kitties, Chloe, Cloud and Gus, and enjoys reading, playing poker with friends, traveling and watching the Vikings and the Twins.

Rachel Herzberger joined the Southfork team the summer of 2008 after moving here from Ohio to be with her fiance. They live with their 3 dogs, Indie, Isis and Shrapnel; and two cats, Niko and Daphne. Rachel enjoys training and competing in both Dressage and Show Jumping with her 2 horses, Hot Rod and Wunschen. She also enjoys snowboarding and swing dancing.

Angela Beaton joined the team July 2009. She lives with her husband, 2 daughters and dogs, Grover, Max and Wesley.

Receptionists


Jill Johnson
 has been with Southfork since 2001. She enjoys long walks in the city and spending time with her family. Her pets are Ellie and Shondra, the Golden Retrievers, and cats Blanche and Sarah.

Carrie Hoerster joined Southfork in March 2005 after moving to Minnesota from the East Coast. She graduated from Radford University in VA with a degree in Interior Design and minor in Business. Carrie lives with her husband and their three dogs, Lily, Molly and Max.

Barb Potts joined the Southfork staff in August 2006. Before taking time off to raise her two daughters, she worked as a flight attendant for 20 years with Northwest Airlines. She lives with her husband, their Golden Retriever named Lilly and cat named Acorn.
